This section provides access to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University’s equity and diversity–related reports, including the Campus Climate Survey, Faculty Diversity Trend Analysis, Equity Pay Reports, and other institutional assessments. These reports reflect the university’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through the regular collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data, we examine key indicators related to equity, inclusion, representation, and campus climate. The insights gained from these reports help the university better understand the experiences of our community, identify opportunities for growth, and inform policies, practices, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the overall health and equity of the institution.
